Our return and replacement policy is as follows:

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please feel free to contact our customer care. We will do our best to assist you. However, your purchase is eligible for return or replacement if it meets the following conditions:


– If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
– If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Please note that our products are handmade by traditional craftsmen in rural India, resulting in unique products that may have slight differences from each other which make the product unique.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at Kiran@arrowpaperproducts.com or contact our WhatsApp support team at +91- 98490 31042 within 6 days from the delivery date, providing the following information:

– Order number
– Product image
– Specify the reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please share the product image as well.

Upon understanding the reason for the return, we will provide you with the option for exchange or replacement for your purchase. If you wish to return the product, please inform our customer care and we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. Once the pickup is delivered back to us, we will initiate the refund procedure, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

Return Products:

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.

Our products are hand-made, one piece at a time, and there will be variations & natural blemishes which are not product flaws but an inherent part of the manufacturing process. Most of our dinnerware and crockery is painted and glazed at 1200°c and thus its impossible to predict the final shade or flow or drip. Therefore these are not regarded as defects and will not be eligible for replacement if still you want then please reach our customer care.

 

HOW TO RETURN:-

1 . If you purchase a product from our Website, we provide a ‘No-Questions-Asked’ easy return policy within 14 days from the date of Invoice, so the things you purchase are returnable at your convenience.

  1. All returns are processed within 10 days from the date of request. Please contact our Customer Support if you have any questions about your return.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to the original payment method used for the purchase & if customer wants to change then it depends if the service is available will definitely do to fulfill your request
